A “family helper” is a role that combines both assistant and childcare responsibilities. We recognize that many families needs change as children reach school-age. A family helper will be available to assist with home and personal matters while your children are in school. We will tailor the amount of time a family helper is on site based on what is best for you and your family.

Some examples of how our FAMILY HELPER can support you:

  • Our helper will do any personal and/or family related errand running and shopping for you.

  • School pickup, shuttling kids to after school activities, help with homework, and meal prep.

  • Assisting with organizing and maintaining your home and/or home office.

BABY NURSE

Will provide guidance as well as emotional and physical support to the mother or caretaker of a newborn baby. They will help show parents how to care for their newborn and also allow the family to rest and recover post-delivery.

Some examples of how our SPECIALISTS can support you:

  • Help educate everyone in the home about caring for a newborn. This will include creating feeding and sleep schedules, changing diapers, washing your baby. Everything you need to know to run a smooth and loving home for your newest addition.

  • Breast and bottle feeding education and support.

  • Provide emotional support to the mother and/or caretaker, other family members, in particular any postpartum needs.

  • Assist with some light home care needs such as minor housekeeping (washing the babies clothes and bedding), running errands and meal preparation.

Night nannies or night nurses, change, swaddle, soothe, and feed babies caring for them throughout the night so their parents can get some rest. They are there to help you rest and adjust to the beautiful new addition to your family! 

NIGHT NURSE

  • Typically they will work overnight shifts (in 12-24 hour increments) or whenever the parents need their support.

A house manager will be responsible for maintaining your household. The services a house manager provides depend on your home’s size and your needs. Their main goal is to ensure that your home is cared for and runs smoothly by resolving any maintenance matters both inside and around your home.

  • Managing the upkeep both on the inside and outside of your home. They’ll help coordinate anything from small repairs to ongoing home renovations and/or maintenance that may be needed.
